With 20 years of multi-industry client service experience, Amy brings deep strategic insight and leadership experience to her role at Navigate. As an adept organizational transformation leader, she spurs sustainable growth and change initiatives at the individual leader, team, and enterprise levels across organizations of varying sizes, from emerging startups to Fortune 500 institutions.
At Navigate, Amy is a pillar of the firm’s organization and talent practice, focusing on operating model design, strategic organizational change, culture transformation, leadership development, talent management, and strategic planning. Guided by her personal core values—curiosity and contribution—Amy is focused on aligning teams, cultivating relationships, and shaping the strategies that transform clients’ businesses in meaningful ways.
From the outset, Amy demonstrated a thoughtful, inquisitive, and systemic approach to problem-solving and project-based work, developing a sharp eye for business at a young age. Her analytical acumen and depth in study of organizational psychology, coupled with a knack for identifying and elevating the talents of those around her, paved the way for a successful career in management consulting.
Amy’s growth accelerated at Slalom Consulting, rising quickly from consultant to managing director. Amy ultimately spearheaded multiple New York-based service areas concurrently, including the market’s organizational effectiveness, strategy and operations, and customer strategy practices, thus developing a unique ability to develop and deploy multi-disciplinary and diverse teams. She also led internal hiring and talent growth initiatives, building some of the most diverse teams within the company in terms of gender, ethnicity, and race. She was a critical asset to enterprise-wide ESG strategic planning and pioneering collaboration practices across dispersed teams, and was lauded as an impactful leadership coach. Additionally, Amy played a pivotal role in developing unique client programs aimed at building internal capabilities to scale change, embedding knowledge management practices, personalizing learning experiences, and developing a culture of sustainability.
Amy’s commitment to the causes, projects, and people she cares about defines her character at work and beyond. Fueled by her belief that motherhood can boost (not block) women’s careers, she seeks to help women fulfill their untapped potential through coaching and mentoring clients and colleagues and her work with The Mom Project.
An athlete and experience-seeker at heart, Amy enjoys playing soccer (30+ years strong), rock climbing with her family, and spending time with her kids as much as possible.
