Give back. Pay it forward. Rinse, repeat.
At Navigate, giving back to the community isn’t an aspirational goal or talking point, it’s a company-defining reality.
We believe in sharing our time and resources with non-profits and other purpose-driven organizations committed to helping those in need. This ethos is ingrained in the way we do business.
As a company and as individuals, we seek out unique ways to get involved with organizations that are making a meaningful impact in our region, and our team actively participates in this rewarding work. It’s in our DNA to extend a helping hand, and each Navigate employee has personal causes and interests that are near and dear to our hearts. We volunteer, fundraise and organize with the best of them, and it’s this drive to do good that binds our team together.
We strive to embrace, expand and promote a diverse workforce. Because until all of our voices are heard and supported, we’ll never reach our full potential.
We established the Women’s Leadership Network (WLN) to:
- Share unique learning opportunities with our professional network
- Spotlight individuals and businesses who are promoting (as in: practicing and preaching) a more diverse workforce
- Provide a venue for members of the business community to share ideas and experiences
Interested in getting involved?
Through our own events and targeted participation with reputable organizations, the WLN welcomes colleagues, clients and friends of Navigate to be a part of this meaningful movement. Our goal is to encourage continued learning, career development and mentoring to benefit not only the members of our own firm, but the greater community.
In line with our other community-focused pursuits, the WLN also seeks out and supports nonprofit organizations making a real impact on our community. We look forward to participating with women-focused industry and service groups as we work collectively to bring future learning and development opportunities to our growing network.
