Navigate worked with the client to provide project and change management support to execute a detailed project plan for an internal product re-launch campaign and training, including coordination with 7 cross-functional client teams, field offices, and senior leadership; develop and deploy an internal product re-launch campaign including launch event at 17 locations; align communications and product re-launch event day timelines across the corporate cross-functional team and product stakeholders; execute post re-launch training plan for 60,000+ domestic and international employees; and manage incremental product deployment to ~20,000 employee homes to promote understanding and familiarity with the product’s capabilities.
Through Navigate’s efforts, the client achieved a successful product re-launch and “Awareness Day” within 6 weeks of team mobilization; improved employees’ knowledge and ability to translate product information for the customer by centralizing, standardizing and promoting the service offering and product information for sales agents; development of detailed metrics to track and report training completion as well as employee participation in the in-home service installation program; aggregated post launch market data to assess sales and customer call-in rates and evaluate long-term marketplace performance.
