Enterprise IT Strategic Facilitation for a Pharmaceutical Company


The Client was anticipating expansion and wanted to be more strategic and forward looking in advance of the planned growth. The Client’s IT organization needed to be aligned with the business strategy in order to more effectively reorganize.


Navigate worked with the client to facilitate strategic planning discussions with stakeholders across the organization, driving what would become a 3-year strategic plan inclusive of multiple service model designs.  Our teams worked collaboratively and creatively to create a balanced scorecard to heighten accountability across IT and Business functions; designed governance requirements and defined best practices for IT service delivery.


Our integration efforts resulted in the design of an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) business model, the deployment of a quality management system, institution of accurate and acceptable standard operating procedures, and raised awareness and understanding across all employee segments specific to IT strategy and roadmap.
