Balancing an intellectual curiosity with a context-first approach to problem-solving, Pat has settled into a solution-focused consultative style that has served him well in his role as Principal Consultant at Navigate. His strength comes from asking the right questions and applying his learnings to turn complex business problems into practical solutions. 

At Navigate, Pat is known as a supportive and democratic leader who takes the time to understand multiple perspectives, looking at a particular situation through a short and long lens before creating a solution. He works closely with others at the firm to ensure each client is poised to succeed—shepherding them through periods of disruption with confidence and clarity. Pat has honed his style through engagements with industry-leading clients including Fidelity Investments, Comcast, Genentech, New York University, and HSBC.

Although Pat began his career at SEI Investments where he managed a team of accountants responsible for the operation and administration of asset management services, he found himself drawn to fast-moving, strategic environments where he could exercise his creativity more routinely. This led Pat to Capgemini, where he oversaw large-scale, enterprise technology implementations in their financial services business unit and capital markets practice. 

Navigate presented Pat with the opportunity to broaden his reach and leverage his consulting skills in new ways and in new markets. In joining a close-knit team, Pat really began to shine—leading through continued growth, developing go-to-market strategies, and spearheading Navigate’s Merger Integration service area. 

As a long-time lover of Sea Isle City, NJ, Pat is an avid beach goer and former lifeguard—he even scored a spot in the Beach Patrol’s Alumni Hall of Fame. When he’s not spending time in the sand and the sun, Pat’s usually winding down with a non-fiction book in his hand, watching the Sixers, or kicking back with his growing family.
