Navigate Welcomes Principal Jonathan Stearn to its Leadership Team

Stearn brings extensive experience managing change and driving bottom-line results to regionally-focused management consulting firm. 

Navigate, a management consulting firm with offices in Wayne, Pa. and Philadelphia, welcomes Principal Jonathan Stearn, a seasoned consultant with a proven focus on driving change and delivering meaningful results for clients. In this role, Stearn leverages his experience leading key company initiatives, from post-merger integrations and technology implementations, to change management and strategy execution, for clients in industries including healthcare, utilities, media, and financial services. His unique educational background – with degrees in engineering, organizational psychology, and business intelligence and analytics (to be completed) – lends a multi-faceted approach to the solutions he develops and leads for clients.

Most recently, Stearn served as managing partner of Schaffer Consulting, where he led numerous clients through successful initiatives critical to their business growth, including projects focused on performance turnaround, post-merger integration, and process improvement. His more than 20 years of cross-industry consulting experience encompasssing work with major organizations such as Bard Medical, Bausch + Lomb, Bayer, Cablevision, Cisco, ConAgra, Danfoss Power Solutions, Devon Energy, Pepsi, Pfizer, Thomson Reuters, the World Bank, and Zurich Financial Services.

Prior to joining Shaffer Consulting, Stearn was a director with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he focused on information security risk management projects.

Stearn earned his MA degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and his BS degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University.
