16 Mar David W. Baker and Christina Kelly Join Navigate, Strengthening the Firm’s Business Optimization and Human Capital Management Practices
Navigate is pleased to announce David W. Baker and Christina Kelly have joined the firm as Senior Managers.
Baker will lead the firm’s Business Optimization practice, focused on delivering high-impact solutions that improve operational effectiveness, business processes, and clients’ use of technology. Kelly will lead Navigate’s Human Capital Management practice, designing and implementing integrated talent management strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives.

Baker brings over 20 years of experience in information technology, operations, and program/project management. Prior to joining the firm, he was a PMO manager and the life sciences operations manager with Avanceon, a global manufacturing system integrator.
Kelly brings 15 years of global experience in human capital consulting, business management and financial operations in the public utility, retail food, and insurance industries, where she created strategies to attract, retain, and engage employees. Prior to joining Navigate, Kelly was a senior HR consultant for Towers Watson (formerly Towers Perrin) in the firm’s Change Implementation practice.
Baker earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University and an MBA from West Chester University.
