Conrad brings more than 20 years of experience working with pharmaceutical and life sciences companies to implement and strengthen their supply chain, IT, and operational systems. At Navigate, Conrad focuses specifically on helping the firm’s Life Sciences clients meet the challenges of serialization, a compliance requirement established through the Drug Quality & Security Act to prevent counterfeit drug production, and bring value to companies beyond compliance.
In his former role as Senior Director, Information Management at Endo Pharmaceuticals, Conrad was an integral member of the Information Technology Leadership Team and served as the Global IT Head for Serialization, leading and managing the IT portion of Endo’s $45 million global serialization program. He has been part of a wide range of implementations including multiple ERP, warehouse management, and manufacturing execution systems, in addition to Lean Manufacturing and Theory of Constraints programs.
Conrad has consulted with clients including Cardinal Health, Invitrogen, Rhone Poulenc Rorer, and Abbott Labs (Kos Pharmaceuticals), and has managed and led the implementation of numerous tools and processes to improve demand, supply, and sales and operations planning and other supply chain functions.
