Adam brings more than 25 years of experience with business transformation initiatives involving strategy execution, technology implementation, program management, and human capital management to Navigate. As Partner, he leads the firm’s focus on the Life Sciences industry.
Adam has a history of working closely with business and IT leaders on programs to improve organizational performance and effectiveness. He has led complex, large-scale initiatives for companies such as GE, CSL Behring, NRG Energy, AmerisourceBergen, QVC, AmeriHealth Caritas, Teva, Christiana Care Health System and AIG, directing cross-functional and multi-organizational teams solving complex system, process and organizational challenges.
Prior to joining Navigate, Adam was a Director in the Business Advisory Services practice at Grant Thornton, and was the national leader of the firm’s Human Capital Management practice. Adam began his career with PECO Energy where he helped prepare the organization for new market strategies and deregulation. After PECO, he was the practice leader for the Strategy and Transformation practice for Arthur Andersen and later SMART.
