Office 365 Implementation at a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company


A Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company was implementing Microsoft’s Office 365 across its global locations, but the initial program deployment did not have an effective change management strategy and plan. As a result, adoption was slow and generated significant resistance, and the company struggled to execute such a large implementation. Navigate was brought on to help restart the program and get the initiative back on track.

The specific accomplishments of the program are numerous (nearly 3,000 PCs upgraded to Microsoft 2016, 200+ malicious attachments blocked, 600+ SharePoint sites migrated, etc.).
