naviGATE to provide project management services for West Pharmaceuticals
naviGATE has been engaged by West Pharmaceuticals to provide project management services to assist in improving operational effectiveness and advancing integration initiatives with the Company’s North America manufacturing facilities.
The scope of services involves upgrading critical Shop Floor systems as well as initiatives to integrate manufacturing processes with the West’s enterprise SAP system. naviGATE’s project management responsibilities will involve the delivery of all aspects of project initiatives, leading cross-functional and cross-site teams to successfully launch application systems while ensuring that system functionality and performance meet business requirements.
