Robert F. Kathol, Jr.

Rob is Managing Partner with naviGATE, responsible for providing clients executive level leadership, mentoring, and guidance. Rob brings over 20 years of experience in IT governance, strategic planning, organizational structure design, and human capital development to the firm he founded in 2005.

Rob has helped align clients’ IT and business strategies to maximize the potential to achieve strategic business goals. Further, Rob has helped implement cross-functional business and IT solutions that streamline operational efficiency and facilitate increased teamwork and morale.

Rob has worked with a diverse range of organizations, developing solutions for clients including NovaCare, Atlas Energy, Omnicare Clinical Research, Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Resource America Inc. and SEI Investments.

Prior to founding naviGATE, Rob was co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of IDC Partners, a top IT consulting firm in Philadelphia.
