David X. Crossed

David is a Managing Partner with naviGATE, responsible for delivering solutions that help clients improve operational effectiveness through better uses of technology, business processes and people. David brings to naviGATE over 20 years of experience in back-office business operations, technology, strategic planning, and financial operations.

David has helped implement solutions that reduce costs and improve efficiencies for a wide range of organizations including Endo Pharmaceuticals, City of Philadelphia, New Jersey Turnpike Authority, Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Nexergy and the New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority.

Prior to joining naviGATE, David was a Partner and Managing Director with SMART Business Advisory & Consulting.  Earlier in his career, he was Controller and VP of Business Operations for an international telecommunications company.

David earned a B.S. in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University and became a licensed CPA in 1991.
