David W. Baker

David is a Senior Manager with naviGATE, responsible for identifying and implementing strategies that enable clients to capitalize on opportunities to drive growth, improve profitability, streamline operations, increase quality and maximize value through the optimization of structure, process, technology and resources.  David brings over 19 years of proven experience in information technology, operations and program / project  management to naviGATE.

David has worked with a broad range of customer organizations throughout his career, including companies such as Nexergy, Alcon Laboratories, Boehringer-Ingelheim, Philips Lighting, Sara Lee, QVC, Charming Shoppes, Rhone-Polenc Rhorer and Carolina Power and Light.

Prior to joining Navigate, David was the PMO manager and the life sciences operations manager with Avanceon, a global manufacturing system integrator.  Earlier in his career, David was the founder and President of LegaSolve, a successful IT consulting firm that provided services and solutions to pharmaceutical, insurance and retail customers throughout the Philadelphia tri-state region.

David earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1991 and obtained a PMP certification through the Project Management Institute.
