Brian E. Lee

Brian is a Principal with naviGATE, responsible for managing and delivering solutions that help clients assess and implement business improvement opportunities that lead to positive, sustainable change.  Brian brings to naviGATE over 14 years of professional consulting experience in business planning, business process improvement, spend management and change management.

His consulting experience spans a broad range of industries including Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Higher Education, Manufacturing and Transportation.  Brian has helped many companies implement business improvement solutions including Amtrak, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, Bank of America, Barclays PLC, Cummins Inc., Towers Perrin and Vanderbilt University.

Prior to joining naviGATE, Brian was a Senior Manager with LECG (previously SMART Business Advisory & Consulting), where he led the firm’s Spend Management practice.  Brian also spent two and a half years in London, where he helped launch the firm’s UK Business Consulting practice.  Earlier in his career, he worked in Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting practice in Philadelphia.
