While a leading regional commercial real estate firm significantly increased its service offerings and size in recent years, the role of IT and its support of these business changes did not keep pace. The company called on naviGATE to perform a technology assessment and develop an accompanying strategy to ensure its IT functions were poised to fulfill all business-critical roles through organizational alignment, process effectiveness, and technology usage and management.

The naviGATE team conducted numerous business-facing interviews and an in-depth infrastructure review to gain a clear understanding of the company’s objectives and IT needs based on anticipated future growth. As a result, naviGATE identified opportunities to leverage managed services to improve performance stability, establish more manageable cost structures, and, most importantly, free-up existing IT resources to more proactively support the business. naviGATE also worked with the client to create a 12-month roadmap for implementing various best practices to strengthen its IT infrastructure and business support.
