A leading developer of delivery systems for the administration of pharmaceuticals sought project management for its various operational effectiveness initiatives in North American manufacturing facilities. naviGATE stepped in to assist with upgrades to critical shop floor systems and processes, as well as the integration of manufacturing processes using the company’s enterprise SAP system.

 

naviGATE led cross-functional and cross-site teams to successfully launch process improvements that better leveraged system functionality.  The result enabled the client to increase the reliability and robustness of various data collection to prevent costly system failures and batch disposals, and improve access to critical cycle data through the elimination of outdated hardware.  Redundant data maintenance processes were terminated to allow for a streamlined recipe development process for managing critical master data – data that was newly managed and maintained through SAP as the “system of record.”
