Navigate worked with the client to:

  • Co-develop an approach and customize the model.  We defined key objectives and critical success factors for the risk assessment.  We also discussed risk terminology, tools and technology to be employed during the project
  • Link strategies, risks & business processes.  We reviewed key business risks relative to the client's strategies, objectives, and initiatives, such as strategic plans
  • Administer web-enabled risk assessment survey.  The risk assessment team designed and executed a web-enabled, entity wide survey leveraging input from key employees across multiple levels
  • Conduct focused risk assessment interviews.  Using Navigate's proven methodology, our risk and industry professionals teamed with the client to gain risk insight through highly structured interviews and small working sessions with senior leaders and management

  • Identifying specific business requirements, then researching and selecting a BC software solution to best meet those needs
  • Completing a business impact analysis at each facility and developing individual BC plans for every department

The client’s critical infrastructure was unprotected from potential long- and short-term operation interruptions.

Navigate was engaged to assess the current systems and develop a reliable disaster recovery (IT) plan. As part of its solution, Navigate:
