Christina L. Kelly

Christina Kelly leads naviGATE’s Human Capital Management practice, designing and implementing integrated talent management strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives.  Christina’s areas of expertise include Communications & Change Management, Organizational Design, Talent and Leadership Development, and Compensation & Benefits Design.

Christina brings 15 years of global experience in human capital consulting, business management and financial operations in the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, insurance, utilities, manufacturing and financial services industries, where she has created strategies to attract, retain and engage employees.  Prior to joining naviGATE, Christina was a senior HR consultant for Towers Watson (formerly Towers Perrin) in the firm’s Change Implementation practice.

Christina earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University and an MBA from West Chester University.
