Kip brings to Navigate extensive digital knowledge and deep insight into how companies can leverage disruptive technologies to drive innovation in their customer and business offerings. He has significant experience in the cable/telecommunications industries as well as in financial services.
Prior to joining Navigate, Kip was Vice President, Enterprise Social Media Strategy at Capital One Financial Corporation, where he developed and executed a company-wide social media strategy and accompanying plan to maximize the impact of these emerging technology platforms. He also spent eight years at Comcast, as a digital product manager and leading the transformation of the company’s approach to customer service by utilizing social media technologies to drive customer engagement. This program serves as a national example of excellence in online customer care and helped differentiate Comcast in the marketplace.
