Community Involvement

Community Involvement

At Navigate, giving back to the community is ingrained in how we do business.

We see sharing our time and resources with non-profits and other organizations committed to helping those in need as both a personal and company-wide responsibility, and as a way to support and grow the region where we work and live.

As part of our company culture, we seek out unique ways to get involved with organizations that are making a meaningful impact and that will enable our team to actively participate in the work at hand. Each Navigate employee has personal causes and interests that we support, in addition to organizations to which we as a firm lend our resources for special events and activities.

As an example, Navigate founder/CEO Rob Kathol co-hosts and helps underwrite the annual Umbrella Memorial Golf Tournament, raising tens of thousands of dollars each year for various charities, including Teach for AmericaCuddle My KidsKids Smiles, and Turning Points for Children.

We invite you to learn more about some of the amazing organizations we have recently supported, as listed below. You can also learn more about our involvement through the blog posts on the right side of this page.
